• Structure an OSPF network into multiple areas, configure OSPF areas, assign interfaces to specific areas, and you will understand the benefits of this division in terms of optimizing network performance.

3. Multi Area OSPF Implementation with Virtual-Link

• Implementation of OSPF in multi-area networks that require the use of virtual links to ensure full OSPF connectivity, especially in situations where the network design prevents a direct connection to the backbone area.
• Configure and manage virtual links in OSPF to connect non-backbone areas to the backbone area, thus overcoming network design limitations and ensuring an appropriate hierarchy of OSPF areas.
