Is it possible to configure IP cloud with a failover?

If we want to configure failover, we need to have a static IP address. Failover configuration is done by creating static routes and when routes are created, we need to specify the destination network and a gateway. A domain (IP cloud) cannot be specified.

It would be assumed that if you already have failover routes configured for your internet, your vpn l2tp client will go down if the outbound route through wan 1 fails, and when you raise the outbound route through wan 2 you should raise the vpn again.
