This is done using the IP Bindings option, adding the Mac address of the cell phone that you do not want the Hotspot to show and setting it as Type bypassed.
We give you a guide on how to configure IP Bindings to restrict or allow Hotspot access to specific devices based on their IP address:
Steps to configure IP Bindings in MikroTik Hotspot:
- Access your MikroTik RouterOS:

Additional considerations
- IP stability: Make sure that the device you are configuring with IP Binding has a static IP address or a DHCP reservation to keep the same IP and that the configuration is effective at all times.
- Testing: After configuring IP Binding, it is a good idea to test the device to make sure access is configured correctly for your needs.
Using IP Bindings allows you to have more direct and simple control over who can and cannot use the Hotspot, ideal for environments where you need to manage access efficiently without overly complicating security configurations.
